These terms apply when you use this website, submit an enquiry, or reserve a vehicle through Sourced London, run by Dre & Ferrell (registered business details: [legal entity, company number — TBC before launch]), a company registered in England and Wales.

What we are

We are an independent vehicle sourcing and sales service. We are not a franchised or authorized dealer for any manufacturer named on this site — see our About page and the disclaimer on our Vehicles page.

Enquiries

• Submitting an enquiry (to buy, sell, or join the app waitlist) does not create a contract between us — it starts a conversation.
• We aim to respond to every enquiry, but response times aren't guaranteed.
• Vehicle availability, specification, and pricing shown on this site are indicative and subject to confirmation — "Recently sourced & available now" listings can sell or change before you enquire.

Reservations and deposits

• Reserving a vehicle involves a holding deposit, processed securely through Stripe. This site currently runs in Stripe test mode — no real payment is taken until we explicitly switch to live payments, which we will state clearly if and when that changes.
• Deposit refund terms will be confirmed directly with you before any real (live-mode) payment is taken.
• We do not store your card details — Stripe processes and holds all payment information under its own security standards (PCI DSS).

Selling your car

Submitting your registration and details via Sell Your Car does not obligate you to sell to us, and does not obligate us to make an offer. Any offer we make is based on the information you provide and is subject to physical inspection.

The AI assistant

The chat assistant on this site is provided for general guidance only. It's instructed not to invent stock, prices, or availability — but as with any AI system, always confirm anything important (price, availability, specification) directly with Dre & Ferrell before relying on it.

Third-party services

This site uses UK government services (DVLA, DVSA) for vehicle tax/MOT lookups, Stripe for payments, and one or more third-party AI providers for the chat assistant. Each operates under its own terms, which apply alongside ours.

Liability

We aim for accuracy across this site but don't guarantee that every detail (specification, mileage, availability) is error-free at every moment — all vehicle details are verified directly with you before any sale completes. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited under UK law, including for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
